from the HR part, they were so supportive and because of my work permission as an international intern, they did their best.
Supervisor and colleagues, they were so supportive and were experienced and had excellent technical knowledge.

the only thing that I can mention is the duration of my internship, I truly wanted to be in this company more and learn as much as I can.

it was very friendly. whenever I had qusetions, all of my colleagues explained everything to me patiently and with enthusiasm.

there were posters all around the company promoting energy conservation and they were actively engaged in impressive initiatives related to renewable energy.

the department manager held weekly meetings with the team to discuss upcoming tasks , which made me feel like a real employee even as intern. it taught me the value of precise management and strong collaboration among colleagues.

the behavior of everyone in the company was amaying. my supervisor and department manager were extremly supportive, they provided everything I needed, whether it was access to information or equipment. that level of support was truely valuable to me.

the communication was consistently respektful and effective.
Gleichberechtigung
there was absolutely no difference between being man or woman , everything was based on merit. As a girl, I truly enjoyed being intern of this company.
Interessante Aufgaben
I can confidently say that I gained a lot of knowledge , both about my field of study and the relevant sofware tools. in Just one month I could become familiar with 5 softwares. that is amazing.
