Prior lead time for screening before initiation of interviews. This is however easily explainable by backlog of recruiting activities and thus absolutely acceptable.

- General discussion on CV / key credentials and areas for development . In-depth discussion on motivation and key assets for the prospective role (in various dimensions). Overall very comfortable setting / environment throughout entire process.
- Reflection on major milestones in current vita (both high and low). Reasoning for individual career steps and discussion on fit for prospective role. Discussion on specific skills and knowledge areas / industry experience.
- Structured case interviews (also from other industries besides own domain / expertise) have been an integral part of the recruiting process. Quick maths/arithmetics included. Also be prepared for relevant estimations in the couse of discussions. The publically available case interview preparation by Roland Berger (and by other sources) has also helped to get a feel for the setting of the case interview. All interview partners have supported a very positive and comfortable atmosphere and took their time to discuss questions I had on relevant topics + the process as such. Great team and great experience!
