The only recommendation to the Company might be to stick to our plans and be transparent in terms of our challenges and goals, talk to each other, and understand that good things require time investment.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The majority of people are very friendly and communicative even though they are quite diverse culture-wise. Management is open for a dialog almost any time.
Kommunikation
Nice! Majority of people are approachable and friendly. 2 languages are generally spoken (German and English). Very diverse pool of people so if you are not local the chances are high that you find someone from your country to help you out when you start if you need to.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The majority of people are very friendly and approachable. There are minor exceptions but it is fully understandable given the change the company is going through.
Work-Life-Balance
Everyone is an owner of his/her time. If you manage your time wisely there is no issues.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Supportive and open. I think that at this challenging time for the company, when ambitious goals are set for all of us, they keep being constructive and emotionless in front of us.
Interessante Aufgaben
For me interesting tasks are those which I can learn from. There are important processes being built that I am involved in and, as a result, I can impact our operations when these processes are established. Also a new product (software) gives me opportunity to advance my industry experience.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Office is in a very good location. Kitchen, coffee machine and fruits are available.The equipment (laptops, monitors, etc.) are new for the newcomers. As we need more space (people are being hired), we will be moving to a very new and modern office at the end of this year!
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
It is hard to rate it for me as I have moved from another country to Austria a couple of months ago and did not really realize how good it is. I shall assess this later and would not mark it as 5-star for now just because I don't know.

The majority of people I talk to are positive about what the company is doing and how. There is maybe just a couple of exceptions but my view is that it is just because it takes time to understand the changes we are going through to achieve our goals. Goals are ambitios!
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Company is growing meaning that there are lots of opportunities. German classes and Product training are avaialble. There are Lunch and Learn sessions once in 2-3 weeks which have been useful for me.
