thank you for your feedback. It’s always helpful, when we don’t get the full score, as it allows us to identify what could be better here at smec. But sometimes it just work that needs to be done – although we are very passionate about our daily tasks in the highly competitive PPC industry. In this context and given the current market development, we offer fair salaries and do everything we can in order to even further improve work-life-balance – it is nothing that can be done in a few days but a long-term project of constant improvements.
