The fact that we (smec) had a strong growth, the last 3 years, there's a lot of space for improvement in several areas. Everybody is invited, to bring in their own ideas for further improvement, at any time.

I think so! There are several colleagues still in the company after more than 10 years, and we just celebrated our 13 year anniversary.
