you get the possibility to work on your own and without too much supervision - but also high workload from the beginning on

in general they really try to be proactive when it comes to communication, but sometimes big topics do not get as much attention as they should

The team I worked in was simply great - couldn´t complain at all. It was fun also during tricky times!

very open and flexible. although sometimes it can get a bit loud and the number of meetingrooms should be improved.

in general good for entry level jobs - but when you compare it to the hours you have to work to get your things done, it could definitely be better.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
at the beginning you learn so much super quickly, which is great. After a while it is getting less and less. Learning programms which are offered, do not really meet the expectations.
