good quality products, normally no stock problems, working with clients

overall an old company. senior and top management does not want to hear and accept real problems because they would have to admit their limit was reached long time ago. strategy: divide, control and hide under the rug; am courious what will change when daughter will take over leadership but i hope i can avoid

most of them believe they are Einstein but their behaiviour proves they barely can do the daily tasks, meddle in other people's affairs to invent problems to mask one's own incompetence

you boss believes is the modern president ; he is right about everything you are allowed to talk only to say " yes sir"; he is covered by his own boss because EE is important just to bring sales,to treat them right is too big an effort; even going over these 2 guys to flag a real problem to the biggest man > no response ! be aware, this means tacit acceptance of abusive behavior and indifference towards staff
