Departures of colleagues are "glossed over". Sentences like "yes, we can't do anything about it" are used as Justifications

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Development plan for every employee WITH pay raise included if the employee reaches the goals. St making decisions without consulting the IT experts, not the Team lead or Abteilungsleiter, I'm talking about the Engineers and Tech Leads

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Almost everyone is looking at the exit door

Kommunikation

Stop with everything is great talks, no one believes you - signing the IT department

Probably the only good thing left

Work-Life-Balance

If your calendar is not overbooked, you will get additional work pushed to you. Most colleagues therefore have every day, the Start and End of the day, booked as out of office. Everyone under Abteilungsleiter has a minimum two positions. They say overtime doesn't count, but after an employee complains about anything, the first thing that is looked at, is the colleagues' overtime status.

Interessante Aufgaben

The internal experts are not even asked, so you will most likely get bad decisions pushed on to you, even if it's not really possible to finish it

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

IF you get any small percentage salary increase, it's treated like if they bought you a house. For most employees, your starting salary will stay with you for the longest time, so negotiate boldly at the start. Wished someone had provided me this information a few years ago
