The company, the management, the team - everyone makes a great effort to help new employees with onboarding and first steps in the company. There are good synergies between individual employees, and whole teams, and this joint motivation, enthusiasm and drive results in a fantastic work atmosphere

Could be nice to organize semi-formal/informal after-work team events/calls to support the team spirit in pandemic time, maybe on monthly basis.
