Wachstum einbremsen. SQUER hat als kleines Unternehmen begonnen, wo es sehr angenehm war zu arbeiten.
Es gibt aber irrsinnige Wachstumsziele, welche an die Substanz gehen. Es gibt keinen großen Unterschied mehr zu anderen Consulting Firmen (extrem viele Manager, teilweise Micromanagement, ein Kunde wird als super angesehen, sobald dieser einen guten Tagsatz bezahlt)
Fokus auf Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit und nicht Umsatz und verrechenbare Zeit!
Less pressure from management would be nice
Aufgrund des aktuell großen Wachstums müssen sich manche Zuständigkeiten im Management (verständlicherweise) noch etwas einpendeln.
Ich hoffe die offene Kultur und Umgangsform bleibt auch bei dem aktuellem Wachstum gegeben.
