Not from personal experience but in other departments, there were some ego/ communication issues. Nothing that can't be solved with good listening. And at Storebox, there are the tools and capabilities to solve that.

To keep connecting the employees to each other. This is truly what makes the difference and creates more motivation to work and the connection to the company. At the end of the day - it's all about the people.

Within my team, ego didn't play a role, which was pretty refreshing and uncommon.

Storebox allowed me to excel and advance in my career while also being a mom! They see people by their capabilities and don't have preconceived biases. I felt that I could give myself fully both at work and at home. And I think it was proven also to have the best outcome for Storebox

Over the years, I had different heads of, and the overall experience was good. Some were okish, and some were truely exceptional -I felt that I could come and express my needs, that information is flowing and that ego is not at play.
