Work-life balance is outstanding — truly 100%. The flexibility allows you to take care of personal matters during the day if needed, with full understanding from the team.
Gehalt/Benefits
The only downside I found is the salary — it's competitive within the market, but not on the higher end. However, the positive work environment, flexibility, and fun company events help make up for that.
