Give a bit more attention the the workers, before they leave. The company is in a specific field and educating people and building them to be specialist in the field, only to leave, because of negligence is a waste of time and money.( A lot of people left my department and not because the were not happy with TGW overall)

The office building, which I had 2 for the time I worked in TGW, were both super.
Kommunikation
This lacks a bit. There is a lot of talking, but sometimes just for the sake of talking, not actually to solve something.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
I can speak only for my department and it was the best!
Work-Life-Balance
Absolutely great. The HO rules of the company are WLB oriented.
Interessante Aufgaben
It depends on the position you are in. Overall TGW is a company, which operates in specific field. That is interesting by its own.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
I think the company pays fair salaries. Not the top of the range, but the job is rock solid and you don't need to fear of loosing you workplace for no reason.
