Everything I need and more is provided for me. The office is amazing. Working remote is not fun for many people. But theVentury made sure I have everything I need to make it easier working from home. Got an internet booster sent to my house on the same day I reported issues.
The old saying 'Communication is Key' is not lost on the team at theVentury. Although, much like every company that works in a semi remote setting at the moment, there are moments where communication can be lacking, our agile workmode allows us to iterate on these issues and helps us improve this process for all involved.

Für eine InnovationsAGENTUR! total ok. Es gibt hin und wieder stressigere Phasen, aber das kann man dann meist ausgleichen und es gibt super viel Verständnis für fast alle Situationen.
Es gibt jede Menge Initiativen um sich weiterzuentwickeln, ein großzügiges Zeitbudget dafür und viel internes Coaching. Mit derzeit nur 40 MitarbeiterInnen in recht flacher Hierarchie sind die Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten vielleicht etwas limitierter als anderswo.
Kann nicht mit großen Beratungsfirmen oder Großunternehmen mithalten, aber immer pünktlich und es gibt auch Benefits wie gratis Sportangebote, kostenloses Öffiticket, Teamevents, kostenlose Getränkeauswahl, etc.
Es gibt ein internes "Impact Assessment", Mülltrennung etc ist selbsverständlich, Weihnachtsgeschenke sind meistens Spenden, ....
Toller Zusammenhalt und gemeinsames Anpacken. Offenes Feedback ist allen wichtig und wird meistens gut umgesetzt.
Es derzeit zwar niemanden über 45 im Team, aber es sind schon einige seit den Anfangstagen des Unternehmens dabei.
Auch wenn die Vorgesetzen selbst fast alle sehr jung sind, wird hier souverän und fair agiert. Oftmals auch echt inspirierend was und wie das Leadership-Team so alles macht.
Ein richtig tolles Büro am Schwedenplatz mit allem was man so bräuchte. Meetingräume sind manchmal umkämpft und ein Open Office ist vielleicht nicht für alle ideal.
Es gibt jede Woche ein Show & Tell mit sehr viel Transparenz und man kann jederzeit jede oder jeden auf Augenhöhe alles fragen. Hin und wieder rutscht mal eine kleine Kommuniaktion irgendwo durch, aber das hätte ich eigentlich auch noch nie wirklich besser erlebt.
Obwohl die Gründer alle männlich sind, gibt es einige Frauen in Führungspositionen und sogar die IT-Teams sind gut durchmischt. Karenz gab es schon für Männer und Frauen und schien unkompliziert und es wird generell viel auf Inklusion geachtet.

Work life balance is generally good - for an agency it's amazing. They really try hard to bring it into a decent balance. Never had a problem with getting my holiday approved.
