Arbeitsbedingungen
Very uncomfortable chairs...some people bought their own. Employees can't choose where they sit, that means that some people get super cold sitting next to AC while for others it would be ideal.

One of the company values is transparency although most of the conversations are in silo, major updates or changes would be communicated last minute.

For a long time I felt less appreciated for being a junior and woman.
