Company image in the area seems to have suffered in the past but I can't recognise why. Image in the business is good, Transped is known as fair partner.

There are busy times when out of office work is necessary but that's not so common, I guess this comes with the industry

First-Aid courses and german courses are offered regularly. i would say career growth depends on the individual, i see promotions are common

salary is paid punctual, the monthly bonus depends on myself so good work is rewarded. we get a benefit of lunch money as well

Everybody is helpful and always willing to support
