thank you for your feedback. Though you kept your feedback short, we would like to emphasize that we appreciate your feedback and will look into your recommendations and how they fit into our current transformation process. One of our most recent changes in the sales department is the onboarding of additional colleagues, partially with changed tasks and responsibilities that are suitable for the changed business environment, and to empower our sales employees (and our employees in general) to participate in our business decisions on how to grow our markets and develop our customers.
