Much better now some structural changes have been made, team moral has improved dramtically

Also a lot better due to new CEO improving transparency. Without transparency at leadership level the company will fall back into its old fashioned Tirolean ways. Future = clear, open, honest communication

Still some lingering toxicity in older employees. But overall a dramatic improvement since 2021.
Work-Life-Balance
TRANSPED respects their employees and has introduced an excellent flexitime model as well as promoting individual time management (e.g. with lunchtime hours)
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Significant improvement since the onboarding of new senior management. CEO is on the ground dealing with not only high level topics but also supporting in the teams. Leading from the front is what Transped needs in these difficult times. Let’s hope this continues!

Overall it is departmental related, in the commercial team the tasks are varied and interesting. You can learn a lot in a short space of time and are encouraged to be innovative.

There is no inequality in Transped. Everyone is treated equally.

Totally fine. Management provides a safe and secure environment to work in, supporting colleagues as they need.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
More good be done from an environment perspective. Transped has solar power at the HQ, but is not up to date with CO2 emission tracking or working on how to reduce CO2. Highly important considering the nature of Transped’s business. However, I am aware there are projects currently underway to tackle this so I imagine it will improve.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
In line with market expectations and in some cases higher. Hard work is rewarded fairly by bonus systems. Management are open to discussing salary topics and also encourage self development / promotion.
