Hi,

thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are pleased to hear that you have a positive experience with the changes we announced earlier in the year and have now come into effect – e.g. our new flexi-time policy, language courses, changes in our salary structure, our work environment, more social gatherings (Autumn Party, Christmas Cookie Baking, …) etc. We will make further adjustments to our organizational structure and portfolio to take into account the changed market conditions, career progressions of our employees and to set the company up for long-term success.

The company is currently in a transformation process, and we understand that it takes time for changes to be fully embraced and we are very optimistic about what the future holds for the company, its employees and customers. This is our clear focus.

Based on your comment we did an additional thorough investigation into the working time records of our employees in the operations department. Your complaint about working hours is not backed up by our data, which suggests that the majority of our employees works a regular ‘8 to 5’ working week and take regular vacation time as well as flexi-time to reenergize and enjoy time with their family and friends.
