In the past years there was rather a squeeze than a growth or expansion. I'd like to see new departments, new positions, new people (some we extremely need and lacking), which will open the way to internal career growth.
Instead of concentrating everything and everyone in Vienna probably management could consider becoming a global player, with local presence at various locations (we will support you!:)
Growing leaders inside of the company, important tasks delegation - it's not something that one should be afraid of :)

Colleagues are helping each other, intra- and inter-teams relations are really good, there is no competition "who is better" or "who is guilty"
Work-Life-Balance
Home office allowed. As well you can always get vacation even during "peak" season. Responsibilities and duties however are well planned beforehand.

Particularly my manager is super helpful and skillful both from the technical and leadership perspectives.
Interessante Aufgaben
Because of the area of business you may always have extraordinary tasks (in a good sense), that will allow (or require?) thinking out of the scope. You'll never get bored.

Modern office, good location, modern equipment, company occupational doctor advices and etc. Maybe better coffee beans would be cool :)
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Fully understanding ongoing climate change I believe company is doing quite a lot of efforts towards less power consumption investing into new energy-saving infrastructure, leaving as less footprint as possible.
Also on every business run held in Vienna - there are employees from Ubimet.
Company products itself as well have social impact helping people/companies to understand how weather matters.

Talking about externally visible image - it's quite strong, with good reputation among customers, as well as Ubimet is known being a strong business partner or a customer for the suppliers. If you look from the inside - there are definitely areas for improvement, however they are on the right direction.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
It's a relatively small company and of course career growth is limited, however my observations showed that if you really want, and if you really show success and results - all doors are opened.
