I work on weekends and i am not paid additionally

I was assigned by my manager to a course that is used only in UniCredit but not other banking industry and after workshop finished, HR informed me about commitment fee and asked me to sign a paper to stay 36 months in company after course is finished, otherwise I have to pay the course fee back. I have not signed it because, as employee I must have been informed in advance about consequences.

I work on weekends for GoLive sessions and deliver to production new capabilities, downtime is only approved on weekends and I got so far 0 Euro for weekends work. It is claimed in ALL-IN contract. No one told me about working in weekends and bank holidays in interview
