Great open atmosphere than encourages candid communication and humour. Work-Life balance is actively encouraged and colleagues can easily become friends.
As it is difficult to describe what Unycom does we need a great example or customer list to encourage new employees - tricky to market a niche software like IP management.
I've never worked in a an office like this, I look forward to seeing my colleagues and there are so many people that I also see socially in my free time.

Expectations are high but asking for help is encouraged and accepted. Flexible working hours and a trusting atmosphere that everyone is doing their best.
Flat heirarchy with easy and open communication. Can sometimes feel a little unstructured but definitely preferable to the distant authoritarian possibility!
Impossible to stop learning, creativity is encouraged and everyone can take part in 'initiative' days, events and be part of 'non-work related' topics.

There are many long-term unycom employees that have seen the company grow and been through different roles - there is a great respect and appreciation for the knowledge these colleagues have gathered.
Great office, desks that allow you to stand and sit, free coffee and mineral water, kitchen that can be used to really cook meals, nice courtyard for smokers and people who want some fresh air.
No the no.1 priority but being continually bettered - donations at Christmas, involvement in Graz city events, trying to go greener etc
As long as you are willing to discuss payment it is there for you.
Young and 'cool', a social and vibrant company.
Opportunities are open for anyone who can rise to the challenge. No set career paths and if you can prove why training is necessary etc then it is open for discusssion.
