I would expect CEO to talk to me personally and to explain me why he is canceling contract. It was so shocking, and unexpected. There is an idea that this was due to my planned vacation which should have take place in the first week. This vacation was planned very long time before first talk with company. Maybe this was my mistake, I should have informed my boss that I have flight tickets bought and I will need 2 days of vacation.
