Worst place to work in Austria!
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The international mix of colleagues.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Pretty much everything but the worse has to be three fact that you have no idea when you're working and when not. So you can say good bye to anything resembling a work life balance.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Hire people who are actually qualified in running a restaurant.
Pay the workers better.
Make everyone feel equal.
Real training for new employees.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Only thing that that keeps you going ate the colleagues.
Work-Life-Balance
Non-existent
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Zero chance of moving up. Unless you want to give everything else in life up and just live and breathe for Vapiano
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Food waste on a different level.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Interesting colleagues that are all on the front line together.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Some people in positions of power need to be removed completely.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Terrible! You're expected to know everything from the get-go without any training.
Kommunikation
Management decides how you get to live your life every week because the "Dienstplan" only gets made a week ahead. So you can not plan anything personal untill management decides to make the shift plan.
Gleichberechtigung
Only long time employees could get certain days off. (weekends and holidays)
Interessante Aufgaben
If you like to cook/clean and can handle a fast paced environment.
