The built-in restaurant/cantina and it's subsidizing by offering 8eur/day(as of 2025) is appreciated BUT could use a lot of improvement in the terms of portions, occasionally the taste and especially the inadequate price, often the same or very similar to prices in restaurant around - unfortunately the food contribution can only be used here.

Atmosphere within the IT department was always very friendly and pleasant, the department lead (CTO) always brought in a great mood.

At least within this department the perception of colleague collaboration seemed to work great.

The employees are rather young, very few older colleagues.

The department lead (CTO) seemed friendly with all the colleagues within the department, he was always willing to participate in discussions, open to improvement/change, he also gave a lot of freedom and trust for employees to work on the tasks with their own approach, however if it was necessary he was willing and available if his assistance was required.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The office is quite nice and modern looking, sometimes might get too cold during summer and the AC is loud.

In my perception while working with most of the departments is that the company treats people equally and gives equal opportunities.
Interessante Aufgaben
As mentioned before, tasks and projects were always up to a discussion with the CTO, he was willing to listen, discuss and consider my ideas/opinions. As it usually goes, there were some tasks that had to be done nevertheless.
