Overworking their employees and don't see a problem with that (also greenwashing)
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
My colleagues
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
So much to say...
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Do better and start really valuing your employees
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Honestly getting worse by the day when I left. The teams are shrinking, the budget is non existent and management s just okay with that. You have to do the job of 3 persons and not complain about it because "that's how it is".
Work-Life-Balance
Depends on the team. Some teams have a good structure and it shows. Personally, I was asked to work on weekends and getting little back (sometimes multiple weekends in a row) and we could have late evening requests.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
They will invest very little on your growth and will only invest on people they see growing in the company. By investing, I mean giving you more workload and no extra compensation.
Gehalt/Benefits
Salary i below average and if you ask for a raise, they will make it very difficult and look everywhere for a reason not to give it to you.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Greenwashing at its finest and no real are for social issues.
The overuse of AI and amazon, etc is really showing how little they are about the environment.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
With your colleagues it's fine but not with management. They keep talking about winning together and growing together and how they care about your well-being. In reality, they only care about money and don't care about your well-being. You cannot show that you're not okay and you cannot ask for help from management.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Will ask you to find your own solutions to your problem and provide a very limited support.
If you have good connections to the higher ups (or know them personally), this will be easy for you. If you visibly make money and are working on the German speaking team you'll be okay. For the others it might be more difficult.
Kommunikation
Basically non existent. Every team is doing their thing and yes there's one meeting about the campain but you still learn about stuff last minute (a lot of projects and changes are last minute so you can basically not plan anything). Some team leads are keeping information for themselves and then act all surprised when their team don't know. This is just stupid honestly and not a good way to run a business.
Interessante Aufgaben
Depends on the person and the team I guess
