I am writing this review because HR directly asked me to provide feedback on Kununu.
What follows is my honest and unfiltered experience.
Unfortunately, this company is one of the most poorly managed organizations I have worked for.
There is a massive gap between what is promised during the hiring process and what actually happens once you join. Expectations, responsibilities, and support structures change constantly and without communication. Management appears disorganized, reactive, and largely disconnected from the reality of daily work.
Leadership lacks transparency. Important decisions are made behind closed doors and then simply “announced”, often without explanation, context, or concern for the impact on employees. This creates insecurity, frustration, and a culture of mistrust.
Workload is consistently unreasonable. Priorities shift weekly, sometimes daily. Processes are unclear, roles overlap, and accountability is almost non-existent. When things go wrong, blame is pushed downward instead of problems being solved.
The working atmosphere suffers heavily as a result. Motivation declines quickly when people realize that effort, loyalty, and performance are neither recognized nor rewarded in a meaningful way.
Communication between departments is poor, feedback is rarely acted upon, and promises made by management are frequently broken.
