Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Remote work
flexibility
amazing team
I love what the company already achieved in terms of becoming the biggest developer community in the DACH region and how many more exciting things are coming in future. The colleagues are super nice and once we all meet, it rather feels like a family/friends hang out rather than company event.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Sometimes the communication is not the most optimal, but the employer is doing significant progress when it comes to achieving better communication within the company departments -so things are getting better here.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
feels like being a a part of a big family :-)
Work-Life-Balance
as a remote company it gives us full freedom of choosing where to work from so what can be better? :-D
