As mentioned above the work and team culture is very toxic. You will rarely hear any praise from the managers and if you make a mistake or underperform you will surely hear about it in no time. These critiques range from passive-aggressive comments to being shouted at in the office.

Positive comments about the image of the company are rarely heard.
Work-Life-Balance
You can take holidays whenever. Few months before the congress things are very stressful and hectic due to bad organization and constant changes. While not actual peer-pressure, managers tend to sometimes boast about working till late at night.

Salaries are below average.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The relationship between co-workers is probably the only thing that is positive. Co-workers tend to be open and respectful of each other. The same can't be said for the relationships between managing directors and the rest of the team. Managing directors are especially distant from the rest of the employees.

People don't tend to last long in the company.

Goals are very unrealistic, this has been even mentioned by the managers. Things always change, decisions that are made might change next week. While you might be asked to contribute your own ideas, in most cases these are ignored and decisions, in the end, are made only by the managers.

Things are getting better but the office is still incomplete.
Kommunikation
Practically non-existent. It feels like each department is in its own bubble. Company meetings are rare. It makes it really hard to align with the management as the decisions, goals, and vision of the management are changing like seasons.
Gleichberechtigung
Equality and fairness are promoted outside the company yet they are not really practiced within it. Inappropriate comments have been made and nothing has been done about it.
