office furniture could be more ergonomical, work equipment: not a fan of windows and microsoft

salary could be comparably to other consultancies or regionally higher especially with included overtime, fringe benefits however are pretty cool! (everyday lunch, public transport ticket, 6th week of holiday, team events,...)

learning potential is incredible. You get to know many different projects and can take on ownership from day 1
