Mostly very positive, the HR department is one that has grown significantly over the last few years so there is a sense of collective growth and purpose.

Due to the fast paced growth in HQ and lots of new positions that have been created in the HQ over the last few years the communications lanes are not perfect yet but that seems to be improving.

A lot of interesting work at both HQ and Regional/country level. Lots of runway left for us all to grow as an HR department. International travel is encouraged and working through networks is essential to move cross country/disciplinal projects.

I cant speak for how older colleagues percieve their treatment but I have not noticed them being treated any differently than anyone else.
