Great company with many opportunities
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Diverse Teams and interesting and challenging tasks. Good benefits, great company events, free coffee, home-office and flexible working times.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
There could be more attention to peoples well-being when they are over-worked. It doesnt go unnoticed but dont sense that there is an urgency to take quick actions to recify the situation. There are many mental health initiaties taking place, but could be more and more personalised.
Work-Life-Balance
Unfortunately, the workload is excessive and the team is very stretched
Karriere/Weiterbildung
A great plac to work, if you are very ambitious. Many opportunities for carreer advances, if you work hard and show results - you will be rewarded
Gehalt/Benefits
Within the same team, the pay grade is very different
