Glad I left early enough

Very uncomfortable. No support was available from the first day on. They expect you to teach yourself the intricate requirement the "management" has, whilst not communicating their expectations. My work was called "useless" after two weeks of working there. When I asked what I could improve, they "did not have time to teach me". One star added for some of the colleagues that made the days endurable.
Work-Life-Balance
Opening e-mails on a monday morning assures you that everyone but you has worked over the weekend.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The people who have worked there for a long time seem reasonable and might even be pleasant colleagues, but that is due to their personalities and certainly not due to the employer.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
I have never felt dumber and less important than after two months of working at accelopment under their management.
Kommunikation
No clear communication. When I quit, I asked if they wanted to know why. The CEO anwsered with; "No, not everybody is cut out for the job". I am pretty sure I would have been cut out for the job, but I have too much self-respect to let myself be treated the way that they did.
Interessante Aufgaben
The field itself would be wonderful to work in.
