Regularly adapt salary bands to market standards and pay all employees accordingly.
More company events besides aperos would be nice.

Very flexible with vacation and work hours, and depending on the project also work location

Gehalt/Benefits

Pension fund is good, but salaries are too low. Salary bands exist but are not always considered.
