I started this year as a Mechanical Engineer in a railway project without much work experience despite an internship. The hiring process was straight-forward, two rounds and involved the Head of Department early on. This makes me assume that the management cares also about candidates that are not employees yet. A highlight was that I got to meet the client as part of an interview day at the agap2 office. Feedback was given in time and now in my project, I am very happy and receive new tasks and challenges regularly. I started the job two weeks before my project started and spent a very nice time in the office with the business managers and recruiters. The team events are also fun and a nice opportunity to meet the rest of the team.

Plan the team events in Zurich on Fridays so I can stay a bit longer vs. travelling back to St. Gallen ;)
