Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

People are generally nice. As long as you bring money.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Lack of transparency on some conditions. Many vocal promises are not uphold, because not written somewhere.
Sometimes borderline with the law, especially if you're not familiar with the swiss law. Well, maybe they aren't familiar with it either.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Hire some BM with more experience. They are not taken serisouly by the clients. And being nice won't do.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

The atmosphere is alright, but only a couple of days are needed to feel the huge gap between consultants and business managers. They work as a team, yes. Consultants are just a ressource though.

Kommunikation

While on mission, it's hard to get reliable information on how the company is doing. When we ask, we´re fed with some "all is great" lies.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Actually quite good between the consultants. Even though we are sometimes put in competition for the same position at a potential client.

Work-Life-Balance

Well, that's client-dependent.
Good when in inter-contrat.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Under a layer of "we're friends" paint. Though, once you need something from them, be patient.

Interessante Aufgaben

Again, that's client dependent. Don't expect to be oriented to client in the field you'll want to develop yourself into. You'll go where the money is. It's understandable, but what we are told during interviews (our wishes are taken into account) is not respected.
Between missions, you'll get either bored, or asked to perform tasks not suited for someone with a technical/scientific background.

Older colleagues? Mainly juniors here.

minimal legal conditions.
Salaries could be higher.

Some business managers have a tendency to sabotage (unwillingly of course) the image of the company with the clients.
A little humility wouldn't harm, as we need the client.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

As mentioned above. Don't expect much. Your carreer aspiration won't weigh much in the decision of the company.
As for formations. You have the right to some of them, but only in theory. There are many reasons for which your formation plans cannot be fullfilled right now.
