Supportive and kind colleagues only
Good car facility
Canteen available
Accommodation provided during training
I worked in the procurement team for training as a buyer for one month. The work environment is an open hall with very little privacy, making it hard to focus. Superiors have extremely poor behavior they have zero soft skills, no emotional intelligence, and no training abilities. They speak very fast, judge employees immediately, and apply excessive pressure, which creates stress and even headaches for employees. Management treats employees like robots, and there is no patience or supportive guidance. I was even shouted at in front of others, which was humiliating and damaging to reputation.
The company culture is weak, with no team bonding, little collaboration, and no diversity or inclusion. On the positive side, some colleagues are very friendly and supportive

Foster a supportive culture with structured and patient training for new employees
Promote diversity, inclusion, and team bonding activities
Avoid public criticism and encourage constructive feedback
Reduce excessive pressure to create a healthier work environment
I worked in the procurement team for training as a buyer. The work environment is an open hall with very little privacy, making it hard to focus during training. Management judges employees very quickly; I was shouted at for not completing tasks fast enough or adapting immediately to a new ERP system that realistically requires 3–4 months to learn. Senior management, including the procurement manager, lacks soft skills and patience, and the overall company culture is weak. There is no real diversity or inclusion in the team.
Lack of patience and training ability
Judgmental and stressful
Old mindsets in senior management
Cannot comment, as I was only in the company for one month of training.
Limited opportunities for career growth, especially for non-family or international employees.
Training programs are minimal and rushed, with little structured guidance or mentorship.
Superiors lack the patience and skills to provide effective learning experiences.
Learning new systems (like ERP) is expected very quickly, with high pressure, making skill development challenging.
Overall, the company does not actively support long-term career development or further education.
There is little visible focus on social responsibility or inclusion beyond basic claims of diversity.
No representation of disabled employees or meaningful inclusion of international staff in leadership roles.
The company benefits from international markets but does not reflect this in its hiring practices.
Team bonding, employee well-being, and community engagement appear minimal.
Overall, the organization seems more profit-focused than socially or environmentally conscious.
The company does not appear to prioritize social responsibility or inclusivity.
There is minimal effort to support diversity in senior roles, and international or differently-abled employees are not represented.
While the company profits from international operations, this is not reflected in fair or inclusive hiring practices.
There is little focus on employee well-being, community engagement, or sustainable practices.
Overall, the organization seems more focused on profits than social or environmental responsibility.
There is very little team bonding or get-togethers.
Colleagues are friendly and supportive, but management does not foster collaboration.
The overall environment feels robotic, with little encouragement for teamwork or mutual support.
Employees are often treated individually rather than as part of a team, which hurts morale and cohesion.
Many senior employees have 20+ years of experience and stick to traditional methods.
Their mindset can be rigid, resistant to change, and less open to new ideas.
Patience is required when communicating or suggesting alternatives, as they may take longer to accept new approaches.
Focus on building professional respect and clear, concise communication rather than expecting quick adaptation from them.
Avoid confrontation and approach feedback diplomatically, as they hold authority in the company hierarchy.
Superiors have extremely poor behavior—they have zero soft skills, no emotional intelligence, and no training abilities. They speak very fast, judge employees immediately, and apply excessive pressure, which creates stress and even headaches for employees.
The workspace is an open hall with very little privacy, making it difficult to focus, especially during training.
Tasks are assigned with high pressure and strict expectations, creating stress and discomfort.
Management communicates very fast, is impatient, and often judges employees immediately.
There is little support for new employees or structured guidance.
The environment feels robotic, with minimal team bonding or friendly interaction.
Basic facilities like a canteen, car facility, and training accommodation are provided, but overall the work environment is not employee-friendly.
I worked in the procurement team for training as a buyer. The work environment is an open hall with very little privacy, making it hard to focus. Superiors lack patience, speak very fast, and often judge employees too quickly. I was shouted at in front of everyone, which was embarrassing and damaging to my reputation. The company operates like a robotic environment, with no team get-togethers or friendly interactions. Senior management lacks soft skills, and the overall company culture is weak. On the positive side, some colleagues are very supportive and kind. There is no real diversity or inclusion in the team.
Diversity is very limited, especially in top management. Most senior roles are held by family members or long-tenured employees (20+ years) with outdated mindsets.
The company claims to value diversity, but in practice, international employees are not given opportunities in senior roles.
No representation of disabled employees was observed.
The culture heavily favors family-business members, even though the company profits from international operations.
Overall, diversity and inclusion are more of a claim than a reality.
During my one-month training, the tasks were mostly routine and highly pressured.
Learning the new ERP system is potentially interesting, but the fast pace and lack of proper guidance made it stressful rather than engaging.
The work environment focuses more on following instructions quickly than on creative or challenging problem-solving.
Overall, there is little opportunity to explore interesting or meaningful tasks in a supportive way.
They have a small amount of toilets.
M A N A G E M E N T in all positions
For me it is a fail company - nothing can change them

Nothing.
Please close the company and stop try to hire people.
Worst Place, I have ever seen. Worse than I ever could have imagined before. Before I came here, I was a little bit concerned because of all the bad reviews about this "company" I saw on Glassdoor and Kununu. But I sayed to myself; these reviews are probably just a few pieces of a big puzzle. But I was so wrong! Here you find a culture of blaming, lying and depreciating others.
It might happen, that you are on a position, where there is nothing to do. There are many people, which are basically doing nothing. It also can happen, that you are extremly overloaded with work, massive pressure is put on you and even if you work 55 hours a week, they will come and make you responsible for things which are not done or are done wrong.
A culture of devaluation, denunciation, aggressiveness. Ofcourse, there are a few nice people as well, but that doesn't really help. The whole atmosphere is poisoned. I have never seen so many people in one place with such pronounced psychological abnormalities. The normal people, who could leave left already. The fluctuation was very high. Now basically, just the floor set is still there.
A management, who never really could develope proper leading skills. There are people in positions who would never fullfill even one of 20 basic requirments which should be covered for such a position. Manager, who do not know, how to use a PC or a MS Office tool, they can't plan projects, non non-existence softskills, blaming the employers for their own mistakes, micromanagement, chasing people back and forth.
Horrible! Shouting. Once, I was told, that it also happened, that it became physical.

Schade, eigentlich.

So verdient kununu Geld.
