HR department is working extremely bad, slow, with a lot of mistakes and protecting the company, not the employees. The atmosphere in the office is very negative, stressful and "heavy". Extremely bad planning, therefore all projects end up to be done "yesterday", what causes a lot of stress. Huge turnover in people. Lack of communication with the Senior Management.
