Overwhelmed management. Too many "manager" roles who keep themselves busy. Trying to implement agile development while agile principles are not understood (and lived) by the management.

Form a capable, experienced and united management team. Think more carefully about whom you let lead divisions with 100+ employees. Stop the critical brain drain.

Interessante Aufgaben
The company is still good in their old PL/SQL stack - but tasks are a lot around maintenance. In the "new" stack (Java, Angular), Avaloq is far from being mature. Here, it could be interesting, but more expertise would definitely help employees.
Gleichberechtigung
It's ok. But people joining the company from outside have a hard time against the established ones, and often leave the company rather sooner than later. Can be seen with a lot of managers.
