Don’t understand the moaning of some. All in all a solid company in transition from startup to a Corporation
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Still entrepreneurial culture in most areas
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Too many moaners despite being highly paid
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Get rid of some of the many moaners
Arbeitsatmosphäre
New management is trying to get better management culture in place with good leadership programs for line managers in place as I heard from my ex-colleagues
Gehalt/Benefits
Always attractive engagements with clients
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Company is taking efforts and clear commitment towards carbon zero
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Was very good before COVID but lacking a bit after coming back for three days per week/ but very much dependent on team setup. Was good in my team.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
I had a good line manager and liked the approachability of senior management
Arbeitsbedingungen
Good new office setup and IT equipment was working well for me

I will miss the monthly Gipfeli town hall
