Just the team is good, the people are nice. But managers are very bad and old style. They want to control you, don't trust employees.

Cut all the benefits, forced to go to the office while the new hires were promised flexibility.

Please don't hire people promising that you offer flexibility and remote work and then you force us to return to the office 3 days per week.
We are leaving in great numbers and you will regret this decision because you will have to restart the expensive process of hiring new employees.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Salaries are below market average. The benefits have been completely cut: no free parking, not even a canteen (they closed it recently).
