Dear colleague,
thanks very much for taking the time and sharing your employer rating with us. Unfortunately, your overall rating isn´t that good.
We have already begun to introduce our new organizational model "Dynamic Shared Ownership" (DSO) worldwide, which is intended to reduce hierarchies, eliminate bureaucracy, streamline structures and speed up decision-making processes. The aim of the new model is to make the company as a whole much more agile and to significantly increase its operational performance. We are convinced that with our new customer-focused working model we will be able to achieve a lot in the future.
At Bayer, we attach great importance to our employees, even in difficult times, which is why we always try to communicate transparently and clearly. We know that there is a certain amount of unrest at the moment but we very much hope that things will become much more tangible for everybody soon.
