It's good. We even received a mid-year bonus that had not been foreseen. Moreover, after I terminated my contract, I received my end-of-year bonus anyway (pro rata temporis), whereas all the other companies I've known don't give you a bonus when you've broken your contract. It's very elegant of them.

In the job I had before BBV, I asked for 3 years if I was allowed to do the "Scrum Master" certification, and every year the answer was "next year". So I regisered the course and paid it myself. When I was at BBV, I asked only 1 time if I was entitled to take a training course for the "Scrum Product Owner" certificate. The answer was in one line: "Du kannst nicht, du musst!" Everything was paid and organised by BBV!
