For me, Cembra has a great mentality, always thinking about what I can do better for my employees and my customers.
Over the years, I've been lucky enough to meet a number of people in different positions and of different nationalities, who always bring and share their professional and personal skills with you in a transparent way.
And I really think that's what makes Cembra different.
Also:

- had the opportunity to travel in Switzerland and to other countries to develop my knowledge in my main domain.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
We currently have a hybrid vehicle which is good, but I think we should increase the budget for company cars in order to move to full electrics.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
I think we could offer/propose training courses in schools to raise awareness and educate young people on how to keep a budget and explain the differences and advantages of credit - credit cards - mortgages, etc... and make them more attentive. Also talk about the new possibilities and technologies in the area of payments, now financing is part of everyday life for many people.

It's not my opinion, but I think that for some people "banking" and credit can have a negative "connotation" which is a sad because I think we could change that.
