If you are a Checkport employee, you have no right to complain about anything. If you complain, then will you get „ If you aren’t happy, door is there“ answer!!
You have almost no chance to change your job to get other job at airport, while you still work by Checkport. People are stuck there.
For example: You cant get job from Duty free, Careport, Swissport etc. Checkport call them and say: Don’t take our employee. People who working by Checkport are mostly can’t find easily job in Switzerland because of language that’s why they have no other chance to leave.
If you find a job and want to leave the company... you get very bad reference (Arbeitszeugnis)
