Schlecht
The company recently conducted an employee survey called “One Voice.” However, many employees questioned how anonymous feedback was handled and whether critical opinions could be expressed openly without concerns about identification. As a result, confidence in the survey process appeared limited.
Staff turnover is extremely high. In one team of around 20 people, 19 eventually left. At the same time, the company continuously recruits new security agents, creating the impression of a hire-and-replace approach rather than investing in employee retention and development.
In summary, low pay, high staff turnover, and a perceived lack of employee appreciation make this a workplace that I would not recommend.
The main issue is compensation. In my experience, employees are underpaid considering the level of responsibility required for the job. What is particularly disappointing is that hourly wages appear to have decreased over the years. For example, employees in similar positions reportedly earned more five years ago than new hires do today. It seems the company has adjusted its compensation strategy to take advantage of the attractiveness of the Swiss labor market and the large number of available applicants.
concern is the imbalance between pay and responsibility. Security agents are entrusted with important tasks, including document checks, where mistakes can have serious consequences. The level of responsibility is significant, yet the compensation does not reflect it.
The high turnover is also noticeable in everyday interactions. Supervisors sometimes address employees with generic terms such as “my dear” instead of using their names, which can make staff feel interchangeable rather than valued members of the organization.
Some flexibility in scheduling depending on assignments. Colleagues are generally supportive
The compensation model is highly non-transparent and, in practice, can lead to earnings that fall significantly below the expected minimum hourly rate in Canton Zürich.
Working time is not calculated from the beginning to the end of the workday. Instead, only narrowly defined “active task time” is counted as paid hours. Large portions of the day—often 2–3 hours—can be classified as unpaid breaks or waiting time, even though you are still effectively tied to the job and unable to use that time freely.
At the end of the month, this accounting method can reduce total paid hours substantially. In some cases, the effective hourly rate can be up to ~40% lower than what would be expected under standard hourly compensation practices in Switzerland.
This system makes it difficult to predict income and creates a mismatch between time committed and time compensated.
Stop underpay your workers. Introduce a transparent and compliant time-tracking system that reflects actual working presence (start-to-finish of shifts), not just isolated task execution. Reduce excessive unpaid idle periods or compensate them appropriately. Clear communication about how hours are calculated would also improve trust and retention.
Everyone is depressed because of low salary. Including those who work long time. Fact of staying there means just tthat a person couldn’t find another job.
That’s not a development, that’s optimization
Opaque compensation system and unpaid downtime significantly reduce actual earnings

Good international environment. Team work spirit and flexibility.
There are some areas that could use attention, like managing the schedules of the employees, which would really help in streamlining our operations.
