Arbeitsatmosphäre
The working atmosphere has very much decreased in the past year. Climeworks used to be an environment and community friendly company. There is an enormous lack of trust, maybe due to the bad business decisions that have lead to mass lay offs or maybe because of bad leadership in general.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
I dont think there is a good enough justification for all the CO2 being produced by the company in comparison to the CO2 being extracted by it from the air.

In my opinion, many of the line managers and even executive team members do not deserve their titles. Leading by example and with integrity, setting clear and achievable goals, being respectful and providing valuable and timely feedback are just some of the values and qualities of a good manager that are missing.

Office spaces are well equipped and employees have everything they need to work well.
