Highly motivated teams, working for the same purpose. The greater purpose is motivating and the office is modern.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Using "being a start-up" as a excuse. Employees have no benefits for staying longer in the company and salary increases basically don't exist. Advancement to the next career level is made difficult, which demotivates many of the staff No real recognition of work.
Non transparency for new joiners - "yearly" equity shares are not granted yearly, full equity of that year is only given after 5 years. Flexible Home office was revoked without warning to three days office presence.
