Motivation was overall low. Most employees were/are demotivated and frustrated. Management did not realize or ignored it. If there were actions to change something they were not visible to me.
Depending very much on the person. Overall lack of leadership. Not much improvement of overall situation achieved over the period I worked there. Country leadership invisible for me. Strongly hierarchial strucutre had a negative impact on motivation and atmosphere. Hardly any serious appreciation through management although many colleagues did an amazing Job.
Good relationships among groups of employees. From company side there wasm't much action to improve team building/ Team spirit.
Hardly any interesting Consulting projects.
Poor communication. The entire communication culture is very poor. Often you didn't get replies to emails, no culture of feedback. There was hardly any communication from the top Management. Within the team there were initatives to improve communication and information flow, nonetheless overall communication and transparency remained poor.

No one really cared about employee's development. There were few trainings in heterogenous Quality.
Gehalt / Sozialleistungen
Payment is good, payed health insurance is a plus.
Not a very pleasant office. Low standard of infrastructure provided (Laptops, phones, desks, meeting rooms, etc.). Only good Thing were free coffee/juice Cookies and fruit.

Work life Balance was very good.
Really poor image amongst employees and also externally. Many employees were just waiting for a better opportunity.
- Stärkere Wertschätzung der Mitarbeiter. Management Layer reduzieren und mehr Verantwortung an die Mitarbeiter delegieren. Transparenz erhöhen. Management in leadership softskills schulen.
Zum Teil tolle Kollegen. Gute Bezahlung. Gute Work life Balance und wenig Druck.
Fehlende Transparenz und Visibilität der Führungsebene. Stark hierarchische Unternegmenskultur. Fehlende Feedbackkultur. Wenig interessante Projekte. Schlechtes internes und externes Image. Keine wirkliche Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter. Fehlende Wertschätzung und fehlendes Interesse gegenüber Mitarbeitern.
