They think they are gods in Swiss!! They are protected and they deserved that clients knows how they really act with they family.. for who works inside!

Salary it’s a personal image, if you have a certificate will be better .. but in the end, all it’s about how your liked from who matters inside company. The image this VERY TOXIC company, try to sent this image that “ they work for Suisse family, for the country… “ who worked in the last years inside this company.. knows … the good side is the inside formation dedicated for who wants to learn more about work .. they cut it a lot that too .. they will select you if you deserve it .. not if you ask it
Arbeitsbedingungen
What was good in Coop 3/4 years ago it’s all finished. Work today in this company means say goodbye to your life outside work. No matter if your a mother, a father .. an athlete.. you will have no time to make your free time outside work ..the worst ? They make in a way that your wrong and they right
Gleichberechtigung
People are treated in the same way.. no difference… that’s what I saw in my all time work with them . When you find other colleagues in your work, “ divid et impera” makes his way on your day work, leaders has preference to people that doesn’t not critique the bad choices and bad acting for all employers in the enterprise.
